Our Amenities

Basecamp Pagosa RV Park Map

  • We have 28 sites with full hookups (water, sewer, electricity). 11 sites are 50amp and 17 sites are 30 amp.

  • Most of our sites are nestled in a Ponderosa pine grove that provides ample shade in the summer.

  • All of our RV sites are gravel and level and provide enough room to park one vehicle in addition to the RV.

  • We love families and families include pets. All are welcome!

  • Basecamp is located less than 2 miles from historic downtown Pagosa, the world famous Hot Springs, and the relaxing San Juan River. Heading the other direction, we are about 2 miles from Walmart and City Market. Additionally, we are only minutes from the San Juan National Forest.

  • While we don’t have a fenced Dog Park (yet), we have many acres for you and your pet to roam, exercise, and play. It’s not unusual to see deer while walking the property.

  • Picnic tables are conveniently located in common spaces throughout the park.

  • Laundry on the Hill, our local laundromat, is conveniently located only 0.6 miles from our property.

  • Once the construction dust settles, Basecamp will have 4 individual restroom / shower facilities and 3 sets of washers / driers.
